By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Users must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction — and must comply with all local laws before registering.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction. The Platform is strictly for adults only. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your country, state or territory. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts certain forms of gambling activity. 3patt does not claim to be authorised, licensed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Use of the Platform in jurisdictions where it is prohibited is done at the User's own risk and legal liability.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
You may not register an Account on behalf of another individual, nor may you allow any other person to operate or access your Account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. You must promptly update any information that changes after registration. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or allow unauthorised access to your Account. 3patt will never ask for your password by email, telephone or live chat. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity. 3patt shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any time the Platform deems necessary, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This typically involves submission of one or more of the following:
You must only submit genuine, unaltered documents. Submitting falsified, edited or obscured identity documents is a criminal offence under applicable law and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities.
Secure Submission: Always upload identity documents through the Platform's official HTTPS-encrypted verification portal. Never send sensitive documents via unsecured email, unencrypted messaging applications or through any unofficial channel.
KYC verification is typically completed within a reasonable timeframe following submission of all required documents. The Platform reserves the right to suspend account activity — including withdrawals — pending satisfactory completion of verification.
The Platform may offer a range of deposit methods, which may include — subject to operator confirmation and applicable regulations — mobile wallet services, bank transfers and select cryptocurrency options. Familiar Pakistan-based references include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed and will be returned to the originating account where technically possible.

You confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources, that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used, and that all deposits are made from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
To initiate a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified, in good standing, and free from any pending investigation or restriction. Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be fulfilled prior to withdrawal of Bonus-derived funds.
Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or payment method registered in your own name and matching your verified Account details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

In the event of a technical error, server malfunction or connectivity failure during gameplay, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent.
The Platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
3patt expressly disclaims all liability for gambling losses incurred by Users through the Platform. Gambling involves financial risk; Users assume full responsibility for all wagering decisions made on the Platform.
The Platform does not include third-party links. However, where third-party payment method names are referenced for contextual familiarity, 3patt accepts no liability for the actions, content or data practices of those third parties.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests that comply with these Terms will be processed in the normal course. Any Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
3patt reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
3patt reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, by notifying registered Users via their registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.1.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3patt holds its operating licence. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting 3patt at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and resolve them within thirty (30) days where possible.
Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding the legal status of online gambling under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation. 3patt does not provide legal advice.
